Legal Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team. The intern will assist in providing legal support across a range of issues, including legal research, document review, and contract drafting. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the daily process and working of a corporate entity within a dynamic business environment in connection to corporate legal compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Have keen interest to work and assist in Intellectual Property matters and conduct basic IP searches.

• Draft, review, and proofread agreements such as vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements and misc.
• Assist in legal research on Companies Act, Contract Law, E-commerce Rules, IT Act, etc.
• Support in drafting policies such as Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Return/Refund policies.
• Help maintain legal records and ensure timely filings and documentation.
• Assist in drafting notices, documents and paperwork relating to government and legal mandates and compliances.

  Get Hired
• Track updates in IPR, corporate, and startup-related legal developments.
• Prepare legal summaries, notes, and compliance checklists.
• Applying to various startup-support schemes and preparation of relevant legal documents in relation to the same.

Co-ordinating with the internal legal team to assist and contribute to the day to day legal corporate processes and requirements.
