Summary:

Job Duties: Manage Critical Settlement and Reconciliation Incidents to resolution. Collaborate with Data and Software Architects located to define the requirements and approach for Authorization and settlement issues reported by Merchants, Vendor and Customers for product. Work with various cross-functional partners such as Business, Product, Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management, Release Management, Architecture, Vendor Management and Operations. Drive high-level and detailed Technical Standard Operating Procedure documents and conduct technical reviews of the Authorization, Settlements and Reconciliation Operational Products and Utilities developed. Manage escalations, and triage tools for critical incidents by monitoring incoming escalations via direct communication channels from various recon monitoring tools. Identify the need to follow a critical issue resolution process. Lead critical projects that improves PayPals Reconciliation capabilities, such as the Tech Recon Incident Management Dashboard, a workbench to perform Recon Incident management function and Root Cause Analyzer Portal to automate the complete Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process. Employ technical expertise to help offshore members overcome technical problems. Provide weekly status reports to managers, operations and quality assurance concerning projects being developed by the Settlement Recon Operations Data Model and Framework Development team. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.

Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or a closely related field plus five years of experience in the job offered, or a related occupation.

Additional :

Salary: $199,534.00- $259,600.00 per annum. 40 hours per week M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
