How you will make an impact
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support sales initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Manage regional budgets and forecast sales projections
- You bring 7+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or regional management role
- You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets

- You demonstrate strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and mentor high-performing sales teams
- You have strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to identify market opportunities and optimise sales strategies
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- You can work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
- You have a passion for customer success and a deep understanding of how to build long-term client relationships
- You are comfortable with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making
