About the Role

Were looking for a creative thinker and storyteller who can turn insights into emotionally engaging narratives. As our Content & Creative Associate, youll work closely with the team to craft brand moments, campaigns, and communication that shape how people feel about Pazago. Youll play a central role in content, messaging, social storytelling, and campaign creativity bringing the heart to our high-performance engine.

What Youll Do

• Craft compelling, brand-aligned content across channels website, email, social, product, and internal
• Brainstorm with the team on the content to execute campaigns with precision
• Own storytelling across product-facing touchpoints
• Help evolve Pazagos tone, language, and brand voice
• Write content for our blogs, visuals (brochures, decks), videos (scripts), founder POVs, interviews
• Support internal storytelling: culture notes, rituals, onboarding content, team showcases

What Youll Bring

• 1-2 years experience in brand content, marketing communications, or storytelling roles
• Strong command over narrative flow, tone, and audience intuition
