About Pebble:
Pebble is a fast-growing consumer electronics brand in India, with a strong presence in both offline retail and eCommerce.
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to oversee and expand our corporate gifting sales in the electronics category.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving sales, and achieving growth in their designated region.
LocationMumbai & Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a regional strategy to increase corporate gifting sales of electronics.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor trends to adjust strategies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build relationships with corporate clients and offer tailored electronic gifting solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and performance management.
- Work with marketing, logistics, and product teams for smooth operations.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Research trends in corporate gifting and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports and performance analysis.

- Monitor sales pipeline, leads, and conversions.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in corporate gifting or electronics sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong knowledge of electronic products and gadgets suitable for corporate gifting.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Strong understanding of the corporate gifting industry and trends in electronic products.
