Picture Yourself At Pega
As a key member of the Cloud Product Management Organization, you will develop differentiated product positioning and messaging for Pega Cloud Services. You will put yourself in the mindset of our clients and anticipate their needs, be it a bespoke solution or a completely new service that can scale across Pega Cloud.
You will envision multi-phased product roadmaps that are predictably delivered while risk managed consistently to meet time to value, ideating from a small concept and piloting a beta offering with select few clients and driving it to a commercially viable product that can be launched across Pega Cloud.
You are obsessed in building your products and operating your service in a shared responsibility model on Pega Cloud that meets necessary security and compliance attestations so that our clients stay focused and worry free in using our services and without any disruptions.
You will also collaborate with your Cloud Product Management peers and Product managers leading the Pega Platform & CRM suite to deliver successful joint roadmaps aligned to our client & partner centric value offerings.
What Youll Do At Pega
Your ownership is exemplified through your passion for your vision and perseverance to garner support for your ideas in a cross functional setup, build credibility and secure continuous funding for your product goals with your stakeholders, the CxO, your leadership and internal partners. You are backed by data driven analysis that highlight return on investment and value delivered to our clients.
Your sense of urgency for your priorities resonates with your stakeholders as you navigate complex organizational structures without authority to a shared success metric and unified accomplishment.
You will partner with engineering to establish our cloud products & services incrementally and rapidly deliver value to our clients, who will see accelerated returns on their investment, increased productivity, reduced costs over time, and increased revenue growth.
You will team up with sales & marketing to create subscription pricing or bundled services, including engaging through the online community, partner conferences, internal showcases, and client demonstrations to gain early adoption and continuous feedback which validate and drive subsequent investments.
You will collaborate with site reliability and customer support divisions, customer success managers and account executives to design support models and establish operability of your services for a wide range of metrics and process governance including tools to manage and monitor your service, client visible contextual operational experiences that builds transparency & confidence in your service along with needed client self-services to interact with your service.

You can breakdown & relentlessly execute on your vision iteratively that allows the ultimate consumers of your work realize value. You create and manage an ever-growing prioritized queue of work items to be built by your teams in an environment of several competing demands while managing multiple stakeholder expectations.
You are a master of balancing work between short-term and long-term goal fulfillments, make trade-offs between exciting features and technical debt that might slow us down, choosing between firefighting and fire prevention, and designing the optimum set of outcomes that can be built fast in smaller outputs with end user adoption & validation while reducing the associated business risks of People, Process, Technology, Knowledge, Cost, Effort, Value and Time through proven statistical methods that allow to forecast and make better decisions.
You are an enabler in a highly distributed and global team of engineers, architects, product & program managers, security and compliance specialists, marketing, and documentation experts. You make decisions pragmatically and hold yourself accountable for the consequences of those decisions while your conversations are steered towards resolution or outcomes that finds acceptance inclusively in diversified large groups.
You can context switch, just between anything, from a UX review to a client escalation, an engineering design review with automated test plans to a product demonstration webinar and can scale your conversations from developer to executives and sales to support, effectively translating business requirements to technology and vice versa.
What Youve Accomplished
A minimum of 8 years of results driven professional experience in technical, consulting, pre-sales, or product management roles in a B2B or B2C cloud-based enterprise offering PaaS and/or SaaS based products ( background in Low-code, RPA, and/or DPA a plus)
Demonstrated passion for your achievements and a trusted advisor in your role with an understanding of cross-cultural fluency. Discover cross organizational opportunities for success.
Zeal to build a legacy together and understanding the impact of your decisions. A natural flair for microscopic attention to detail while organizing and correlating in multiple perspectives.
Preferred Bachelors degree in Computer Science (plus MBA) or an equivalent experience.
