Digital Marketing & Fundraising Specialist

What role you will play in team: Develop and implement digital marketing and fundraising strategies to increase awareness and donations for the organization.

What you will do: Create compelling content to highlight the work of Pehchaan and engage potential donors.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and execute digital marketing and fundraising campaigns across various channels.
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and the organization's website.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
• Develop and implement online fundraising strategies.
• 
  Track and analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with the program team to understand the organization's impact and create compelling narratives.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and/or fundraising.
• Experience with online fundraising platforms and tools.
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Passion for social impact and non-profit work.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and email marketing.
