Job Description

What role you will play in team: You'll be a vital member of our small but dedicated team, providing comprehensive HR and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the organization from a HR and Admin prospective.

What you will do: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Manage administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events.

Key responsibility:

  • Full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate events and training programs.
  • Handle office supplies and equipment management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

  • Experience working in a non-profit organization is preferred.
