HR And Recruitment Associate

What role you will play in team: Support the organization's HR and recruitment needs, focusing on attracting and retaining talent in the non-profit sector.

What you will do: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization, while also assisting with general HR administration.

Key responsibility:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
• Assist with HR administration tasks like employee onboarding and record-keeping.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in HR or recruitment, experience in the non-profit sector preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and platforms.
