Role Summary:
Lead and scale Peko's SMB sales engine. Build, train, and manage a high-performance sales team focused on acquiring SMEs and driving predictable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and lead inside, field, and channel sales teams
- Drive SME acquisition and monthly sales targets
- Build strong sales processes, KPIs, and CRM discipline
- Develop channel partnerships for lead generation
- Own pipeline, conversions, and revenue forecasting

Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years in SMB/B2B SaaS or fintech sales
- Proven track record in building and scaling sales teams
- Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC SME market
- Hands-on, metrics-driven sales leader
