Senior Manager - Strategic Alliances

Role Overview

Senior Manager – Strategic Alliances will drive Peko's strategic partnerships, business development, and market expansion across the UAE and India.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership on high-value partnerships, commercial opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive strategic partnerships across banking, fintech, payments, financial services, SaaS, and B2B platforms.
• Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, payment companies, technology providers, and enterprise partners.

• Lead partnership negotiations, commercial structuring, onboarding, execution, and expansion.
• Develop joint GTM strategies, integrations, business plans, and revenue opportunities.
• Drive distribution, cross-selling, embedded finance, product adoption, and new business opportunities.
• Manage relationships with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers.
• Track partnership performance, revenue, ROI, and commercial impact.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Support the CEO in key negotiations, partner meetings, and strategic initiatives.
• Represent Peko at industry events and travel extensively across the UAE and India.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Strategic Alliances, Partnerships, Business Development, Banking, Fintech, or Payments.
• Strong track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships.
• Experience working with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, payment companies, or technology platforms.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, relationship-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of partnership-led growth, integrations, and GTM strategies.
• High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to travel extensively.
