Role Description
This is a full-time remote role located in India for a Business Development and Account Manager. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing and growing existing accounts, and executing lead generation strategies to support organizational goals. The selected candidate will collaborate with various teams to maintain strong customer relationships, oversee client communications, and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert opportunities into growth.
- Strong Account Management skills, including relationship building and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and maintain a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in creating strategic plans and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with the employee benefits and pensions industry is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational and project management abilities.

- Location: India‑based role with regular travel across key hubs.
- Working Pattern: Primarily remote, with proactive in‑person employer engagement wherever possible.
- Compensation: INR 15–20 lakhs, depending on experience and market conditions.
- Performance Bonus: Eligibility for a performance‑related bonus, agreed at point of employment.
- Hours: When not engaged in in‑person employer meetings, the role will typically work within UK business hours (afternoon to late evening India time).
- Reporting: Reports to the Chief Customer Officer (UK).
- Travel Expectations: Regular monthly regional travel, delivered efficiently and within budget.
- Contract Type: Permanent, subject to local employment regulations.
