Overview of Initial Assignment

Brickendon Consulting have existing projects with a number of banks and have been engaged to provide teams of Business Analysts to deliver global transformation initiatives for our tier one banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of end-to-end requirements life cycle


• Identify and manage the impacts of new entities, products and businesses transferred


• Capture user requirements and user stories, in collaboration with the assigned project manager and business stakeholders


• Developing clear requirement specifications, ensuring that all needs are identified clearly and unambiguously, with detailed consideration for all project and technical dependencies and risks


• Carry out data analysis by identifying sources, gap analysis, requirements for migration and integration to existing systems


• Produce documentation to reflect business processes, user and data requirements and business benefits


• Coordinate with subject matters experts within businesses, IT and other functions globally.


• Leading and forging new client relationships


• Ensure interface with IT Finance department & Global Change MI team to properly manage delivery of system upgrades


• Gain endorsement from key stakeholders in the business validating your suggested changes


• Define test and UAT plan for system changes


• Analyse processes and identify improvements

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of BA experience with at least 2-3 years’ experience gained on the buy-side / Asset Management


• Broad knowledge of asset management (private Markets/Equity, Hedge Funds, Real Estate or Infrastructure/Private Debt)


• Strong stakeholder management skills


• Experience implanting or designing Target Operating Models (TOMs)


• Strong analytical skills, ability to understand problems and express the complexity of them in clear terms to technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Ability to take the initiative, be assertive and think strategically


• Ability to deliver quality in a fast-paced environment
