Role Overview:
As the Lead Talent Acquisition, you will spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership and critical roles within the organization, based in Mumbai. Your day-to-day will involve strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers across various departments, the HR leadership team, and external recruitment partners. Your efforts will directly impact the organization's ability to attract and retain top talent, driving business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for leadership positions, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified individuals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans, resulting in efficient and effective hiring processes.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
- Leverage various sourcing channels, including online platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with top talent in the market.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques and other relevant tools, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to service level agreements.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, mitigating legal risks and promoting ethical hiring practices.
Required Skillset:
- 18+years of demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful talent acquisition strategies for leadership roles, resulting in a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- 15+ years experience necessary in team Management of internal recruiters and partner agencies
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous optimization of the talent acquisition process.
- MBA in Human Resources (full time)
