Youll be the key operational contact, ensuring seamless campaign execution, efficient coordination, and timely follow-ups. Key Responsibilities
  • Government Account Handling:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for central and state government clients.
  • Proactively follow up across departments to ensure progress, approvals, and closures.
  • Navigate government processes, documentation, and compliance needs.
  • Business Development & Sales Support:
  • Identify new partnership opportunities within government departments.
  • Assist in crafting and pitching proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to secure new mandates.
  • Support the sales team in driving closures by providing timely documentation, insights, and updates.
  • Campaign Execution & Support:
  • Align campaign deliverables with client objectives and government protocols.
  • Maintain clear documentation and real-time tracking of all campaign elements.
  • Respond quickly to auxiliary information requests from clients or internal teams.
  • Operational Coordination:
  • Drive end-to-end invoicing and payment tracking for government clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, attendee acquisition, and delivery) to move projects forward.
  • Event & Summit Support:
  • Support event delivery for government partnerships, including summits and roundtables.
  • Shadow senior managers during event execution and handle inter-department coordination.

  • Client Communication & Reporting:
  • Generate and share detailed reports and insights on campaign performance.
  • Handle ad hoc data and performance requests from government clients.
  • Internal Collaboration:
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, expectations, and output quality.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 47 years of experience in account management, marketing, partnerships, or client-facing roles.
  • Prior experience managing government or institutional clients is highly preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a must.
  • Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with CRMs and project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
  • A team player with an eye for detail and a bias for action.
