Job Description
- As a Remote Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and responding to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines
- Performing remote troubleshooting and escalating unresolved issues
- Supporting users across different time zones to ensure minimal downtime
- Maintaining logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
- Providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading operating systems and applications
- Responding to user tickets and resolving issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux environments
- Maintaining logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates

- Collaborating with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Ensuring timely updates and patches for systems and applications
- Training users on basic IT procedures and best practices
