About The Role
This is a high-leverage, growth-oriented role where you will lead the core product and take it to the next level. Our product already has traction with enterprises, and your mission is to scale it further. You will work with an existing, high-performing team and bring leadership, structure, and execution excellence to drive product growth.

What You’ll Do
- Own and scale our core product to meet enterprise needs while maintaining our startup agility.
- Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with quick iterations.
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to align product strategy with business goals.
- Engage deeply with enterprise customers to understand their pain points and drive adoption.
- Optimize product usability, onboarding, and retention to ensure seamless user experience at scale.
- Implement data-driven decision-making, using metrics to refine and improve features.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a track record of shipping successful products.
- Experience in scaling products for enterprise customers, with a strong understanding of compliance, security, and customization needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment, balancing speed and quality.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills – you can rally a team around a vision and execute.
- Data-driven decision-maker who understands how to use analytics to drive growth.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Prior experience in HR Tech, Performance Management, or OKRs is a plus.
