Design Execution
Lead and execute high-impact design projects including marketing campaigns, product packaging, digital assets, presentations, and environmental branding.
Global Brand Standards
Champion the maintenance and evolution of global brand standards, ensuring alignment across regions and teams.
Collaboration & Influence
Partner closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand strategy, values, and mission.
Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous learning. Recruit the best talent required to deliver exceptional content for regions globally
Market Awareness
Stay ahead of design trends, competitor branding strategies, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and maintain competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 15 years in brand design or a related role, with a portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and design excellence.
Technical Proficiency
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Express, GenStudio, and other emerging tools. Familiarity with Figma and Sketch
Creative & Strategic Thinking
Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual design that resonates with diverse audiences.
Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively.
Leadership
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading, building and recruiting teams.
