We are looking for "Technical Account Manager / Service Delivery Manager Cloud Services"

• Location : Kerala
• Hybrid; participates in an on-call rotation.
• Reports to: Head of Cloud Services.
• 
  Location: Thiruvananthapuram.

Role Summary

Own end-to-end service outcomes for our SaaS products. This role blends strong client-facing leadership with deep technical expertise to ensure reliability, performance, security, and continuous improvement across cloud environments.

You will serve as the trusted advisor to customers while driving operational excellence across engineering, cloud, and support teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

7-10+ years in Service Delivery, SRE, or Cloud Operations with direct customer ownership

Exceptional client-facing communication skills calm under pressure, executive-ready updates, concise RCAs

Hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft Azure (Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Gateway, AKS or equivalent) Any cloud experience is good to have
  
• CI/CD pipelines
  
• Observability platforms
  
• Deep expertise in incident, problem, and change management (ITIL or equivalent frameworks)
  
• Strong data-driven mindset; comfortable owning dashboards, KPIs, and cost/performance trade-offs
