Sr. Executive- Project Management

This position has been created to support the growing needs of the Kitchen & Bath business from ITC. With numerous regional projects getting addressed at ITC. This position needs to have a sound project management leader execute the upcoming NPD projects.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Work with global business teams on various projects
1. Customer interaction, Scope definition, Project Planning, Resource planning
2. Requirements gathering
3. Planning and executing various types of projects (New Product Development (NPD), Current Product Development (CPD)
4. Support in executing projects on time by following up with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
5. Conducting daily/weekly meetings follow up with teams to ensure that tasks are completed.
6. Assist in Documenting and publishing the project reports.
7. Assisting for flawless project execution with Project Management in disciplined approach.
2. Reporting and Continuous Improvement, ISO
1. Initiate and generate various reports (operational metrics)
2. Benchmark and implement various methods to improve productivity and efficiency.
3. Being a part of ISO team executing flawless project documentation.

• Very Good Written and Spoken English

• Very good Presentation skills

• Should have sound stakeholder management with global & India counterparts (US, APAC. EMEA).

• Strong Project Management skills

• Minimum 6+ years of experience (of which approximately 4+ years in core Project Management role)

• Documentation skills, attention to details

• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.

Preference for candidates would be given if they have:

• 6+ years of experience (4+ years in Project Management role)
• Experience in MS Project & related Project Management tools.
• Experience in Past roles in Engineering or Manufacturing is a bonus.
• Data Management / Data Analytics experience preferred.
• Engineering design related exposure
• PMP Certification is an added advantage.

Primary Skills:

• End-to-end Project Management experience mandatory.
• Candidate should understand complete project lifecycle how projects originate, are planned, executed, and delivered.
• Coordination-only profiles will not be considered. Strong proficiency in Project Management tools required (Excel-only exposure not sufficient).
• Worked with global stakeholders
• 5 days WFO
• PMP or equivalent certifications are good to have (not mandatory).
• Open to any domain Automotive, IT, Electronics, Electrical, Engineering, etc. Manufacturing background is not mandatory – just good to have
• End-to-end experience in Project Management and execution of New Product Development (NPD) projects
• Candidates must come from Manufacturing / Automobile / Industrial Equipment / Heavy Engineering / Consumer Durables backgrounds (Home Appliances / Electronic Products industry preferred)
• Strong exposure to Project Planning, Scheduling, and Budgeting
• Proven stakeholder management experience with India and global teams (US, APAC, EMEA)
• Excellent communication skills
