ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for recruitment of potential candidates
• Liaise with managers/team leads to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
• Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
• Responsible for
  
  full cycle of recruiting, starting from requirement understanding to sourcing till successful on-boarding
• Sourcing candidates from various job portals, LinkedIn & other databases
• Perform screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
• Maintaining required MIS on submissions, interviews and selects on timely basis
• Responsible for creating and managing the candidate experience at every stage during the recruitment process

PRE-REQUISITES

• Hands on exp in hiring for Financial Services/Investment Banking and F&A roles - Fund Accounting, Hedge Funds, M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), Capital markets, Treasury etc
