We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Banking Relationship Manager - Government Banking to join our team across Pan India locations. The role involves managing and growing relationships with government departments, PSUs, and related institutions. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in corporate or government banking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and departments
- Drive business growth through acquisition and retention of government accounts
- Ensure timely delivery of banking solutions, services, and products
- Coordinate with internal teams for credit proposals, compliance, and service delivery
- Monitor account performance and ensure adherence to regulatory and bank policies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking (government or institutional preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of government banking products, processes, and compliance norms
