Senior Product Manager (AI)

We are building Atlas, Peppers agentic operating system, and we want a Senior Product Manager who loves mar-tech to own a core surface of it and ship fast.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a meaningful surface of Atlas, driving it from discovery through launch and iteration inside a fast-paced, customer-obsessed organization.

You should be genuinely excited about mar-tech and the marketing ecosystems that teams work in. The best person for this role finds the marketing stack interesting in its own right: how marketers plan, create, optimize, and measure, and how an agentic system can change all of it. You will be building product for marketers and growth teams, so understanding their world deeply matters.

This role rewards both depth and speed. The ambition is long-term and transformational, but the cadence is fast. We want someone who thinks sharply, ships quickly, and iterates in tight loops.

It also involves real change management. You will work closely with our services teams and their operational workflows, encoding how expert work actually gets done into product. Comfort with Service as a Software thinking, where software and agents transform how a service is delivered, is a strong plus.

This role is based out of Peppers Mumbai office in Andheri East and is on-site.

• Own a core surface of Atlas end to end, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
• Write crisp product specs that identify the problem, set goals, and define success metrics so design and engineering can build with clarity.
• Run product discovery: talk to customers, study usage data, and turn what you learn into a sharp, prioritized roadmap.
• Build AI workflows, agents, and automations that make expert marketing and SEO work repeatable.
• Partner with services teams to translate real operational workflows into scalable product.
• Ship, measure, and iterate, with a steady diet of product usage data informing every next move.
• Work hand in hand with engineering, design, data science, and customer success to deliver outcomes, not just features.

What you bring to the table

• You have built B2B products. You have several years of product management experience, typically five or more, with real depth shipping B2B software.
• You have worked with US customers. You have built for and worked closely with US customers, and you understand how enterprise buyers and marketing teams there evaluate, adopt, and expect to be supported.

  You are excited about mar-tech. You find marketing technology and the marketing ecosystem genuinely interesting, and you want to build the tools that marketers and growth teams rely on.
• You move fast and think sharply. You ship quickly, iterate in tight loops, and stay scrappy when the situation calls for it.
• You are technical enough. You are comfortable with APIs, authentication, and integrations, and you can hold your own in technical discussions with engineering.
• You are strong on product craft. You write clearly, deconstruct complex problems, take a data-driven approach, and have sound judgment on when to iterate, discard, or scale.
• You work shoulder to shoulder. You are at home with engineering, design, data science, and customer success, and you build real relationships with customers and stakeholders.
