What you will do: You will ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are competitive and compliant.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct compensation surveys and analyze market data.
- Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits data.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
