Deputy Manager - Finance

We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support the SCF function for managing the COGS and Operating Expense (OPEX) line within the P&L. The ideal candidate will have strong financial planning and analysis experience, a deep understanding of P&L management, and the ability to provide meaningful business insights through financial analysis.

This role requires a highly analytical individual who can partner with business partners, own budgeting and forecasting activities, perform detailed variance analysis etc.

• Own and manage the Supply Chain Finace portion of the P&L.

• Lead monthly financial reviews, including detailed variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year).

  

• Support and actively participate in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Identify key business drivers behind financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Partner closely with Finance Business Partners and SCF functional leaders to understand cost drivers and improve financial performance.

• Ensure accuracy of financial reporting during the month-end close process while providing analytical commentary beyond reporting.

• Masters degree in Finance, Accounting (CA/CMA with 3+ years of Experiance).
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across geographies and teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables.
