PepsiCo - Senior Project Manager - BI Reporting Transformation

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale BI/Data/AI projects.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, BI Developers, and Engineers.
- Maintain project documentation (scope, BRDs, business cases, RAID logs).
- Define and track KPIs/OKRs; present updates to senior leadership.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and governance.
- Deliver executive-level presentations.

- Promote continuous improvement in delivery practices.
Experience Requirement:
- Candidates with 6 to 8 years of experience and an MBA from a Tier 1 institute will be considered.
- For candidates not from Tier 1 institutes, 8 to 11 years of relevant experience in managing complex data, analytics, or AI-driven projects is required.
Required Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in managing complex data/analytics/AI-driven projects.
- Proven success in end-to-end program management.

- PMP (preferred) or Prince2 certification - mandatory.
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
