HR Analyst

What role you will play in team: You will provide analytical support to the HR department, conducting research and reporting on various HR metrics.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns.

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.

• Support HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve HR processes and decision-making.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel and SQL.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
