HR Recruitment Sourcer

What role you will play in team: You will identify and engage potential candidates for various roles within PepsiCo India.

What you will do: You will use various sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various roles across different departments.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen and qualify candidates, conducting initial phone screens and assessing resumes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and sourcing activities.
  
• Collaborate with recruiters to support the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in recruitment sourcing.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
