Job Description
What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What you will do: Oversee the preventative and corrective maintenance of production equipment, ensuring optimal uptime and efficiency.
Key responsibility:
- Supervise and train a team of maintenance technicians.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment malfunctions.
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Improve maintenance processes and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
- Manage parts inventory and ordering.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in CMMS software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
