Manager - Finance

This role supports one of the BUs in MENAPAK OU, Basic purpose of this role is to Provide Commercial Finance support through ownership of Revenue, Volume, Pricing and AOP performance reporting at Region and Belt level. The role ensures accurate, timely and consistent performance insights, supports leadership decision-making, and maintains strong governance over commercial reporting and analytics

• Own Region & Belt-wise AOP reporting, including Actuals, Targets and YAGO comparisons.
• Lead Monthly Volume reporting, Volume transaction analysis, and Secondary sales performance reporting.
• Prepare DAPLR NR growth and mix analysis, including identification of key performance drivers and variances.
  
• Manage Revenue Targets (working and circulating numbers)
• Build & Mmaintain Consolidated Revenue and Volume datasources to support reporting and dashboards.
• Publish Consolidated Revenue Tableau dashboards for MENAPAK OU.
• Prepare Volume RM decks, Secondary Transaction reports, and
• leadership-ready PPTs.Support preparation of Commercial and Marketing performance decks.
• Support Pricing models and conduct pricing-related commercial analysis.Adhocs support

Get Hired

• CA / MBA / equivalent finance qualification preferred
• 4-7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Revenue Analytics
• Experience working with secondary sales, distributor-led models and pricing analytics
• Strong Excel and data consolidation skills Tableau / BI exposure preferred
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
