Predictive Analytics Specialist

What role you will play in team: You'll be using your advanced analytical skills to support business decisions across various departments of Pepsico.

What you will do: You'll build predictive models, perform forecasting, and provide data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and sales performance.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement predictive models for sales forecasting, demand planning, and customer segmentation.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Communicate findings and insights to business stakeholders through presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and develop solutions.
• 
  Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
• Maintain and update existing predictive models.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a data analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
