Job Description
What role you will play in team: Lead the development and execution of product strategies for a portfolio of PepsiCo food and beverage brands.
What you will do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and improve existing ones.
Key responsibility:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Develop product requirements and specifications.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market strategies.
- Track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- MBA or related degree
- 2-4 years of experience in product management in FMCG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
