Supply Chain Strategy Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of PepsiCo's supply chain operations across India.

What you will do: Analyze supply chain data, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics and distribution.

Key responsibility:

• Analyzing supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize logistics and distribution.
• Managing relationships with key suppliers and logistics providers.
• Implementing cost-reduction initiatives within the supply chain.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Monitoring performance against key metrics and reporting findings to senior management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
