• Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
• Familiarity with US employment laws, visa processes, and work permits.
• Strong sourcing skills, including the use of job boards, social media, and networking platforms.

• A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
