We're Hiring | Senior Financial Accountant (Holding Group) – Dubai

We are hiring a Senior Financial Accountant with strong holding / group accounting experience to join our finance team in Dubai.

This role is suitable for a qualified, senior-level accountant who has worked with multiple entities, consolidations, and group-level reporting.

Core Requirements (Must-Have)

• 5+ years of UAE experience in a senior accounting role
• Experience working within a holding group / multi-entity structure
• Strong exposure to group accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidations
• Proven experience preparing financial statements at group level
• Hands-on knowledge of
  
  UAE VAT and tax compliance
• Experience dealing with banks, treasury, and cash flow management
• Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for multiple entities within a group structure
• Prepare and consolidate group financial statements
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Manage banking relationships and treasury activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Oversee VAT compliance and audits
