Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Server Sales Manager to drive the strategy and development of our next-generation server product line. You will define product Sales vision, manage the full lifecycle from conception to end-of-life, and ensure our solutions meet the performance and security requirements of our channel customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the server product strategy, creating a 13 year roadmap based on market trends and customer requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Partner with FAE to make custom specs solutions, managing the product lifecycle from factory to client
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis on server technology (CPU, GPU, memory, networking) to identify market gaps and unique selling points.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure successful product lifecycle.
- Co-ordination with backend SA/TPM for knowledge transfer and supply chain
- Generate required revenue with healthy pipeline month on month. Identify and develop key channel partners and share strategy for revenue achievement
- Work with appointed distributors for inventory management and manage Sell in/Sell out
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of server architecture (e.g., x86, ARM), enterprise storage, networking, and virtualization.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, or related technical field; MBA is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data, technical specifications, and financial metrics to drive decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting to executive leadership.

- Channel connect: Strong connect with channel partners doing GPGPU server business in WEST India/Mumbai along with general purpose server solutions or storage solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Reports in excel/ppt
- Pan India channel connect for servers & storage
- Manage key account.
- Develop relationship / network with key stackholders in the KA
- Develop and win projects by working with HQ.
