Our journey



We raised $2 mn at an idea-stage in December 2019 from Sequoia Capital’s Surge program, and marquee investors like Naveen Tewari (InMobi Group), Kunal Shah (CRED), Shradha Sharma (YourStory) and many more. Post our beta launch ~12 months ago, the company has grown leaps and bounds:


270+ investments made; portfolio companies include loved brands like Bewakoof, Third Wave Coffee, The Man Company, 9stacks, Mamagoto, Eat.Fit, SMOOR


Raised $20 mn in August 2021 from GMO (Japan), Alter Global (USA) and others


Launched a $30 mn fund in December 2021




Responsibilities


    • Reporting to CEO/COO and performing secretarial and administrative duties by being the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, travel schedules, personal errands, project coordination

    • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements

    • Printing, Copying and scanning documents as well as taking notes.

    • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.

    • Prepared to work on various Ad-hoc requests to help the CEO focus on their tasks

    • Collating and filing expenses






Requirements


    • Previous work experience as a Personal Assistant for 3 years

    • Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule

    • Always available, mobile, and open to travel

    • Exemplary planning and time management skills

    • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

    • Ability to interact with high profile clients and executives

    • MS-Office

    • Proactive Problem Solver, having a solution mindset
