Responsibilities:
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri.com, Indeed, Monster Etc)
- Scheduling interviews for relevant candidates and follow up till the date of joining.
- Responsible for Joining formalities and proper documentation at the time of candidate joining.
- Maintain proper employee records and HR plan.
