Job Description
- The responsibilities for this position include handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers, providing detailed product information, and responding to customer queries. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, updating CRM databases regularly, and coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and sending quotations, proposals, and other sales documentation while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a basic degree or relevant qualification. Freshers are welcome to apply, and prior experience in sales or customer support will be an advantage. Fluency in Hindi and English, both spoken and written, is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to listen actively and understand customer needs. Basic computer knowledge is necessary, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is preferred. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-oriented approach are desired qualities.
