Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Accountant to join our finance team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in accounting principles, financial analysis, and management reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with senior accountants and finance managers to gain a deep understanding of financial operations and develop skills to become a future finance leader.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses
2. Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
3. Analyse financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

4. Support budgeting and forecasting processes
5. Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
7. Participate in internal and external audits
8. Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Competencies Needed :
- Accounting & compliance knowledge (IFRS, Ind As)
- Must : Good attitude and aptitude
- Must: Good Knowledge on Microsoft Excel
- Previous Accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of BI tools desirable
