The PFI Innovation Centre India, the VP, Finance Site Leader is a strategic partner who is experienced in delivering strategic leadership and operational excellence within their domain, with deep expertise in financial reporting and analysis, local regulations, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive scalable solutions for the PFI India. This role offers significant influence over local financial operations while aligning with global headquarters priorities. The Finance Site Lead will ensure the successful expansion of the site by determining resource needs, managing financial performance, and compliance filings all while navigating the complexities of local and global alignment.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategic advisor and partner to the Letterkenny Site Lead.
• Responsible to build the finance team and processes from the ground up.
• Provide regular updates on the sites financial performance including budget management, benefit realization and adherence to the approved plan.
  
• Highlight and manage risks to meeting site expectations. Advising site lead and home office management of the risks and recommendations on how to manage/mitigate.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory and tax obligations in the respective jurisdictions.
• Manage consulting advisors for specialized functions (e.g., tax, government filings, etc.).
• Deliver accurate and timely financial statements and analysis for both local statutory and corporate consolidation needs (i.e. US GAAP)
• Process journal entries, trial balances, financial statements for the entity to enable the home office consolidation process.
• Implement scalable infrastructure to support efficient financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Build streamlined processes that enable a smooth forecast and reporting process.
• Design and implement funding structures and obtain capital from the parent company.
• Determine expense chargeback methodologies and associated reporting necessary for entity operation.
• Recruit, manage, and develop a mix of in-house and consulting resources to execute finance operations effectively.

What Youll Need

• Deep understanding of accounting principles, both local and US GAAP, chargeback methodologies, financial operations and performance management.
• Ability to interpret and apply local regulatory rules and ensure timely filings.
• Skilled in being analytical to identify operational and financial risks, advising on mitigation strategies, and influencing decisions at the site and global levels.
• Clear, concise communicator with the ability to build trust and influence across diverse teams and external partners.
• Comfort with ambiguity, ability to design scalable processes, and capability to recruit and develop a high-performing team aligned to GCC objectives.
• Sensitivity to cross-cultural dynamics and supportiveness of inclusive collaboration across global and local teams.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government entities to advance site objectives.
• Bachelors or masters degree in accounting or finance, along with at least 10 years of progressive professional experience in Finance leadership roles—preferably within multinational or cross-cultural environments.
