Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements on a monthly basis. Conduct consolidation exercises for multiple subsidiaries, including merger-demerger accounting and books closure. Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and due diligence processes. Prepare and report monthly MIS (Management Information Systems). Review GL balances, AP/AR, and trial balance for accuracy. Ensure statutory compliance across financial operations. Manage and lead the finance and accounts team, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
Qualifications And Skills Required
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Expertise in financial statement preparation, consolidation, and statutory compliance. Proven ability to manage audits, due diligence, and financial reporting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
