Role: Senior Manager - Partnerships and Strategic Alliances
Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Strategy 
2. Platform Alliances Build and manage long-term relationships with banks, Fintechs, deal aggregators, and consumer platforms to launch co-branded campaigns and joint propositions.
3. Growth & Performance Management Track partnership performance through data- driven insights, optimize ongoing collaborations for higher engagement and ROI, and identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Logistics, and Marketing teams to operationalize partnerships, launch integrated campaigns, and ensure seamless execution across customer touchpoints.
5. Payment Partnerships Collaborate with payment gateways, wallets and UPI apps to create payment-linked offers, cashback programs, and strategic campaigns that drive higher transaction volumes and user retention.
6. Market & Competitor Analysis Continuously assess industry trends, benchmark against leading partnership models, and identify emerging opportunities to strengthen PharmEasys strategic alliance network.
