Job Description
- Collections & Receivables Management:
- Monitor outstanding receivables and overdue accounts to improve cash flow.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments with customers and sales teams.
- Drive collection efficiency through proactive engagement and dispute resolution.
- Reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and improve working capital management.
- Dispute Resolution & Customer Coordination:
- Investigate payment discrepancies, debit notes, and claim settlements.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams to resolve disputes and ensure smooth collections.
- Negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers in cases of financial distress.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for credit approvals, payment collections, and risk assessments.
- Prepare MIS reports on collections, credit risk, aging analysis, and bad debt provisions.
- Qualified CA with 3+ years experience
- Expertise in Credit Risk Assessment & Collection Strategies
- Strong Knowledge of Accounting, Taxation (GST, TDS), and Compliance
- Proficiency in ERP & Finance Systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent Negotiation & Dispute Resolution Skills
- Analytical Mindset for Credit Monitoring & Risk Mitigation
- Ability to Work with Cross-Functional Teams (Sales, Legal, Finance)
