Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented In-Stock Manager to join our team. The In-Stock Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our product inventory is well-stocked, efficiently managed, and accurately represented across our online platform. This role is crucial for optimizing inventory levels, reducing stockouts, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory levels of all products across various categories to ensure that stock levels meet demand and minimize stockouts.
• Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with the demand planning team to develop accurate forecasts and inventory plans based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections.
• Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and vendors to manage order placements, track shipments, and resolve any issues related to stock availability.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, inventory turnover, and product performance to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for inventory replenishment.
• Stock Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce excess stock, and manage slow-moving items.
• Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with warehousing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless inventory management and fulfillment processes.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any inventory-related issues, including discrepancies, stockouts, and supply chain disruptions.
