About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, culturally aware and creatively driven marketing professional to join the Phase 1 Originals team. This role will lead the marketing and communication strategy across live entertainment IPs, festivals, musicals and large-scale experiential properties.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple mediums, platforms and audience segments. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, communication strategy, audience profiling, cultural trends and evolving marketing ecosystems.

The person in this role will be responsible for conceptualizing and driving 360-degree marketing strategies tailored to each project based on its positioning, audience and objectives.

From ATL, digital and outdoor to PR, influencer strategy, communities, partnerships and content-led storytelling - the role requires someone who can think strategically while also driving execution through internal teams, external agencies and partners.

While prior experience in entertainment, experiential or live events marketing would be ideal, we are open to candidates from advertising agencies, integrated communications, consumer brands or culture-led marketing backgrounds who possess strong strategic thinking and campaign-building capabilities.

This role requires someone who can operate at the intersection of strategy, creativity, communication and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning

  • Develop integrated marketing and communication strategies for Phase 1 Originals IPs including festivals, musicals, live experiences and entertainment properties
  • Build project-specific marketing plans based on audience behaviour, cultural relevance and communication objectives
  • Identify the most effective marketing mediums, platforms and channels based on the nature of the project and target audience
  • Create 360-degree campaign approaches spanning ATL, digital, outdoor, PR, influencer, partnerships, community and content-led marketing
  • Develop audience segmentation and communication frameworks across different consumer groups

Communication & Brand Messaging

  • Define campaign communication strategies, messaging directions and audience narratives for each project
  • Work closely with content, design and creative teams to ensure communication consistency across all platforms
  • Translate project concepts into compelling consumer-facing campaigns and storytelling
  • Build communication journeys across pre-launch, launch and sustenance phases of campaigns
  • Ensure all marketing communication aligns with the tone, positioning and identity of the project

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, media partners, vendors and collaborators to execute campaigns effectively
  • Manage timelines, campaign rollouts and communication deliverables across all workstreams
  • Support execution across digital, outdoor, influencer, PR, partnerships, CRM and community marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with performance marketing and media partners wherever required

Audience & Consumer Understanding

  • Develop deep understanding of audience behaviour, trends, cultural shifts and consumer engagement patterns
  • Identify emerging marketing mediums, audience communities and communication opportunities
  • Use consumer insights and trend analysis to shape campaign direction and platform strategy
  • Stay updated with evolving marketing ecosystems, platforms, creator trends and audience engagement formats

Partnerships, PR & Community Building

  • Support PR strategy, influencer collaborations and media outreach planning
  • Identify relevant partnerships, collaborations and cultural communities aligned with specific projects
  • Build audience engagement strategies through communities, conversations and experiential touchpoints
  • Support CRM, email marketing, WhatsApp communication and audience engagement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in Marketing, Integrated Communications, Brand Strategy or Campaign Planning
  • Strong understanding of 360-degree marketing across ATL, digital, outdoor, PR, influencer and experiential mediums
  • Excellent understanding of communication strategy, audience behaviour and consumer engagement
  • Experience conceptualizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns

  • Strong strategic thinking and campaign planning capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills
  • Strong understanding of culture, trends, audiences and evolving consumer behaviour

  • Strong ownership, execution capability and attention to detail
