Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to lead, manage, and optimize the Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across global SAP environments. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on SAP SD expertise with strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills, enabling successful enterprise SAP transformation initiatives.
This role involves strategic decision-making, team coordination, and ensuring seamless integration between Sales, Logistics, and Finance, while driving best practices, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

- Lead and mentor SAP SD functional teams across global locations.

- Oversee the design, configuration, and delivery of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of SAP SD capabilities with strategic business objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and SAP best practice adoption.

SAP SD Functional Oversight:

- Manage SAP SD configuration and enhancements for:

- Sales order management

- Pricing and condition techniques

- Billing and invoicing

- Credit management

- Shipping and delivery

- Ensure integration with SAP FICO and SAP MM for seamless process execution.

- Review and validate business requirements, translating them into SAP SD solutions.

Project Delivery & Consulting:

- Lead SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and upgrade projects globally.

- Facilitate workshops, gap analysis sessions, and solution walkthroughs with clients.

- Oversee functional testing, UAT preparation, and cutover activities.

- Provide hypercare and post-go-live support.

- Ensure compliance with localization, regulatory, and corporate policies.

Stakeholder & Change Management:

- Collaborate with global business, IT teams, and third-party consultants.

- Manage expectations, communicate progress, and mitigate risks.

- Conduct end-user training and ensure adoption of new processes.

Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills:

- 6-9 years of SAP SD experience in Sales & Distribution.

- Proven hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration for Order-to-Cash.

- Strong expertise across: Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, Shipping / Logistics Execution.

- Experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations.

- Strong integration experience with SAP FICO and SAP MM.

- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA Sales (Mandatory).
