Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Assistant Vice President (Sales) in the Stock Broking division, based in Mumbai. The role involves driving sales strategies, managing client accounts, developing business opportunities, and overseeing sales operations and management. The AVP (Sales) will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure the execution of sales initiatives to achieve targets and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive client acquisition and achieve revenue targets
- Strong skills in Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experience in Sales Operations to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Expertise in Business Development to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
