We are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to help manage marketing systems, coordinate content production, and track growth metrics as we scale the platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company blog, including publishing and updating content
  
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns
• Work on SEO initiatives including keyword tracking, on-page improvements, and content optimization
• Coordinate with internal teams and contributors to produce blog posts, content pieces, and marketing materials
• Manage and update landing pages for campaigns and product launches
• Maintain marketing assets and campaign documentation
• Track marketing performance metrics such as user acquisition, activation, and engagement
• Maintain dashboards and prepare weekly reports on growth metrics
• Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve marketing campaigns and funnels

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or growth roles
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and marketing analytics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
