Manufacturing Engineer

Job Specification : -

• Qualification: B.Tech/B.E - Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical
• Work Experience: min. 3-5 years

Urgently required a person for Projects who have good knowledge of Assembly Process design & development in Plastic Injection Moulding background.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding Process is must.
• Feasibility study for the new project (Cost Analysis & manufacturing feasibility).
• Product folder for new /relocated articles.
• New Projects Implementation and relocation.
• Must be capable of interpreting and understanding complex drawings and schematics of various components and performing to detailed written tasks to accomplish precision fabrication.
• Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problem, and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments and requirements.
• Test and release of single parts /purchased parts & pre-assembled pats (Status First sample single/pre-assembled part at OSM).
• Create Change request for replacement metal tool, relocation & parallel production & also check the effect of change.
• Product Release & Inter-Department Coordination.
• FMEA/VSM process & Monitoring Product Life Cycle.
• Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste..

Salary Range: INR 4.00 lacs to 6.00 lacs/ annum + variable
